CIC is made up of girls who are passionate about increasing their knowledge in robotics and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/Design & Math).
This is the third year since this program’s inception, hosted by Kulshan Middle School and sponsored by The Bellingham Public School Foundation & The Spark Museum.
The original estimate for girls in the pilot program was 5-10 students, but we have averaged over 65 girls attending (1/5 of the middle school’s female population), and more than 20 women from WWU and the greater community have volunteered. Will you join us?!
